We came for Sunday lunch and loved the place. The food was amazing, with just-right meat and roast potatoes crisp outside and fluffy inside. Service was helpful and efficient, friendly without being overbearing. The decor is beautiful and tasteful, and the whole place is spotless, with great attention to detail. A quality spot. You won’t be disappointed.

We hadn’t been for several years, then went for a meal this evening. All three courses were outstanding. The setting is quirky and really comfortable, and the service felt relaxed and very friendly. We’ll definitely be back soon.

We took our two small dogs for a lovely Sunday dinner in January. The pub’s decorations were lovely and brought back lots of memories. Beds and biscuits for the dogs were a lovely touch. We’re going back for dinner this Friday with them. It’s a perfect spot for the lodges and Woodhall spa country park.

A group of girlfriends and I went to village limits for drinks and dinner. Oh my, it was absolutely delicious. The food and service were both amazing. Thanks for such a fabulous evening, we’ll definitely visit again and I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms were amazing and beautifully decorated, the food was incredible, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Best Sunday roast I’ve ever had. Just spectacular, and highly recommended!
