It’s a lovely cottage and the accommodation was very comfortable for our small family. The main frustration was finding it. The listing called it “beach house” when I searched, and I tried every way I could think of to locate the “cottage.” The sign saying “Beach cottage” was hard to spot, and I went up and down the road at least five times before spending about an hour looking. There’s no house number shown either, though you can work it out from the neighbours if you find the number in the booking information. The rental listing’s front photo also shows a different property, at least five doors down, so it doesn’t show the cottage at all. The other interior photos were lovely and accurate. The surrounding area could use a good spruce-up. Despite those two niggles, it’s a lovely place to stay.
