It was a peaceful, cosy place, and very clean. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was good too. Close enough to reach the city centre, but not right in the middle of it. A nice stay for an affordable price.

A really handy spot for walking into the city centre, with a very nice room and friendly staff. This is a fantastic little bed and breakfast, and breakfast is included in the price. We enjoyed it.

The bedroom looked good, and breakfast was tasty apart from the mould on our toast. The B&B was clean, though a little tired, with a mouldy bathroom and tatty towels. At £100 a night, I'm not sure it was quite worth the price.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were really friendly. The room made a great base for visiting York, with a super-comfy bed and a massive shower. Really good value for money. Thanks for making our stay so great, we'll see you again!

We had a nice room, and the staff and breakfast were great. The location was great too. My only small complaint is that the shower water drained a bit slowly. We'll definitely come back next time we're in York.
