Secret Harbour Boutique Hotel and Marina

We had a wonderful seven days at Secret Harbour in the first week of March. Parking took a little effort, but everything else was amazing. From check-in and the laundry team to Rena and the rest of the bar staff, everyone treated us incredibly well.

The staff were warm and helpful without hovering, and the food at the on-site restaurant was fresh and delicious. The cocktails were great too, especially the Pina Colada, my favourite. Secret Harbour Boutique Hotel is tucked into a quiet part of Lance Aux Épines, so it feels secluded but is still close to Grand Anse Beach and St. George’s. The marina and Caribbean Sea views are beautiful, particularly at sunset. My waterfront villa was spacious, clean, and stylish, with a modern tropical look. Waking up to the sound of the water was lovely. A great choice for a peaceful boutique stay, and I’d happily return.

SALON REVIEW They charged a different amount each time for the very same service. The pricing feels dishonest and completely unprofessional, and the whole operation is disorganized. Communication is poor, there seems to be no management or accountability, and it shows in the service. After I was treated badly, I gave them a chance to fix it and got indifference instead. Being told to “leave a bad review” says plenty about how little they care about customers. This place is a joke. I’d avoid it. There are other businesses that respect their customers and know how to run things.

The staff were so friendly, and anything I needed was handled quickly after I messaged the front desk on WhatsApp. For my birthday they surprised me with wine, rose petals in the room, and a slice of cake. Such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant team were kind too, and I really enjoyed the food. My room was refreshed each day, but staff always checked first if I didn’t want service, so it never felt intrusive. The location was convenient, around 15 minutes from the airport and close to nightlife, Grand Anse Beach, and the local town area for shopping and hanging out. I had a great stay and felt looked after from beginning to end. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Grenada.
