Valley Breeze Guest House

The rooms were spotless, and the staff made sure everything was right and kept offering help. They were courteous, very informative, and went out of their way to meet our needs. Our experience was perfect.

After paying in advance for five nights at Valley Breeze, I arrived on Sunday at 5:34 p.m. Their policy says the front desk is open every day from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., but nobody was there to meet us and my call went unanswered. I had to find somewhere to stay in a country I didn't know. I managed to find a place and settle in for the night. Someone eventually texted to say they had closed at 6 p.m. I told her I was comfortable where I was and asked for a refund. First I was told the booking agency would deal with it, but that wasn't true. I was also told Valley Breeze was responsible for issuing the refund. In the end, they refused to refund me.

We were really glad we stayed at this quiet, peaceful little gem. Our guest house was lovely, with a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The pool is small, but swimming there at night with your spouse feels very romantic. They were in the process of adding a restaurant during our stay.

The food was great, and it was presented really well. This was my second visit, and I’d recommend the place to anyone wanting to relax. The receptionist was especially kind and made me feel at home. The management and staff at valley breeze guest house did a great job, and I’m grateful to them. The whole place and the staff are amazing.
