Really bad customer service, especially for Saudis. I don't know why they treat us this way.

The apartment setup gave me plenty of independence, with no daily housekeeping and a quiet, secure feeling. The studio itself is fresh and cleverly arranged: mirrors and windows from floor to ceiling make it feel airy and bring in lots of daylight. The small built-in kitchen has a stove and kettle, handy for breakfast or coffee whenever you want. Its sleek look fits the modern, lively complex. A good option for travelers or remote workers who want their own self-sufficient space in the middle of everything.

The location was reasonable, but that's about the only positive. Our booking quoted one price, then we were told it would cost more when we arrived. After that, there was no real service. The rooms were dirty, the towels smelled so bad that we bought replacements at the market, there was no toilet paper, and nobody was available to speak with. There were no blackout curtains either, so people outside could see in and the morning sun came straight through. The listing said airport shuttle, but there wasn't one. We were told to figure it out ourselves. This isn't a hotel, just thousands of rooms, and for that price you can find a cleaner, more normal apartment in the city center. The buildings show up under different names, so check Google, YouTube, and reviews first. A lot of people seem to work for them. Don't come here under any circumstances. Edit: I saw the "hotel's" reply, but can't respond there, so I'm adding this here. I would have been too!!!! There are a million apartments in Orbi City, and most are advertised under different names by the same management!!!!
