Sephia Hotel

Parking is available, and pets are welcome. The staff were all kind and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a big bed, nice linens, and four pillows. I slept very comfortably. Breakfast was wonderful, tasty, and varied. The balcony table and chairs were a nice extra, and there was a dryer too. We'll definitely come back.

Disappointing. After staying at four other hotels in Tbilisi, I can say this one feels like two stars at most. I don't know where the extra stars came from, because it wasn't worth it. The rooms had only water and shampoo, nothing you'd expect from a four-star place. Cleaning staff were loud all morning, and the basic breakfast didn't make up for it.

The breakfast looked great in the photos, but there wasn't enough food, and much of it had run out without being replaced. They said it would come in a minute, but it never did. Even coffee in the morning cost extra. We booked through the website after being rejected twice on Booking. I requested one queen bed, but got two beds pushed together. The room had more problems too: the closet was stuck and the safe wasn't accessible. Service was terrible and arrogant, with an explanation for everything but no apology or effort to help. This hotel let us down at every turn and doesn't deserve its stars. Don't trust the pictures. Not recommended.

We were really happy with our stay and will definitely come back. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Our dog was comfortable here too, since the hotel is pet friendly. The rooms were in good shape, with affordable furniture and nice cleaning service. Breakfast was really nice as well.
