I was trying to arrange rooms for a large group of wedding guests and spent several days discussing the options with the hotel. Booking.com showed a reasonable rate, but the hotel quoted me more directly. I sent screenshots of the lower platform prices and said we'd rather book there; they told me they'd check and reply. Instead, the Booking.com rates went up, and the hotel then said the prices in screenshots from just a day before had “come from nowhere.” It seemed they had raised the rates to make more money and were denying it. I won't deal with them again and can't recommend this hotel.

We'd booked before reading the reviews, so I was a bit apprehensive, but the stay turned out very pleasant. The pool was clean and not crowded, and our room was clean with no strange smell at all. Breakfast was nice, with enough choices. For the location, pool, and price, I think it earned five stars.

The staff wouldn't apologize when we arrived and saw how filthy the pool was, and they rudely refused to give us a refund. The pool looked nothing like the photos. I'd tell people to stay at literally any other hotel in Georgia.

The rooftop pool is open to outside guests, so it gets busy during the day, with loud music that carries right into the room. When I went early to miss the Instagram crowds, there were no towels, and the bar wasn't open, so there was no coffee. Back in the room, the coffee machine didn't work properly either. The room sometimes smelled of drains, and the corridor was so dark I couldn't see where to put the key. It feels like style came before service. I don't recommend it.

Staff were openly rude and even swore at customers. The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since the year 2000. No professionalism at all, and I'm never coming back.
