The dining area on the top floor has a breathtaking city view, and the price was comfortable for the value. We really enjoyed our family stay. Everything was perfect, better than we expected: the rooms were big and clean, the bathroom had a great shower area, and the owners were hospitable with great service. Strongly recommend.

The metro is nearby, so getting into the city center was easy, and the hotel itself is in a quiet spot. We stayed at Phazisi Hotel both at the start and at the end of our Georgia trip. The owners were kind and helpful, and kept our bike boxes for several weeks while we cycled around the country. The rooms were good, with very comfortable beds.

The staff were consistently on hand to help, with the kind of personal service you often get at a family-run business. Breakfast is included, and the kitchen also serves tasty lunch and dinner portions that won't leave you disappointed. The building is new, clean, and well kept, with city views on one side and mountains on the other. I also appreciated the reliable warm shower, wifi, and laundry service. Worth trying.

The hotel is good, but bear in mind that breakfast costs extra. You pay for it separately even when you book a suite.
