Center Kutaisi Villa

A budget-friendly option I’d recommend, with great value for money. It’s a spacious, well-kept homestay in Kutaisi, managed by a welcoming woman who made us comfortable. The place was very clean and tidy. There’s a kitchen with all the utensils needed if you want to cook, and laundry service is available for a very reasonable price.

We loved this place. For the price, it was a much better stay than places that cost twice as much or more. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the huge balcony looked out over a very quiet area away from the main street. The staff were really nice and easy to deal with, with no hassle. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the center, or you can take a cab. We only had one night here, sadly, but it was the right choice for Kutaisi. The quiet is worth it, and the value is amazing. xoxo and stay positive

A lovely villa, with lovely rooms, ensuite bathrooms, and lovely staff.

The owner and host was just as great as the property, friendly and full of helpful local knowledge. She suggested a restaurant for dinner, and we took her advice and loved it. We drove there the first night, then took a taxi back after a few glasses of local wine. The next evening we walked into town for dinner since we planned to have wine. It took about 15-20 minutes, with a nice walk and sidewalk all the way. The place itself was so comfortable, with spacious, well-equipped rooms, sparkling clean and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and shiny new. There’s a modern, spotless kitchen with a full-size fridge and freezer, cooking facilities, and a nice place to eat. Friendly, quiet, clean, restful, and good value. My wife and I will stay at the Hotel Center Villa when we come back to Kutaisi in spring.
