4 Seasons Hotel

The company was awful, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. I booked through an employee named Malik, who lied about everything he promised. I paid expecting a five-star hotel with a great view, but they gave us the cheapest option. After we arrived and handed over the money, they ignored us. Customer service wouldn't answer calls or messages. The drivers seemed to be in cahoots with someone who sends them drivers with terrible manners, since we don't pay the driver directly and they know he'll collect from the company. When we complained, they said there was nobody else. All they seem to care about is money. Don't trust them.
