Alma Tbilisi Boutique Hotel

We were very satisfied with our stay as a couple and would happily return to Alma Boutique Hotel. The building was quiet, the bed extremely comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly. The room stayed clean and felt spacious and airy with its high ceilings. It's also very central, so exploring Tbilisi on foot was easy. It was a calm, cozy place for us.

We planned to spend five days at Alma Boutique Hotel, but ended up staying around eight days because we enjoyed it so much. My husband and I were in Tbilisi, Georgia, for our anniversary, and the team even arranged a little surprise in our room. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The team made everything easy from answering our online booking questions to arranging an airport cab and looking after us during the stay. They were prompt, professional and accommodating, and had things arranged before we arrived. Ms. Ina made check-in smooth and welcoming. Ms. Nino helped us get to know the local culture, including suggesting local spices and food and pointing us to good shopping spots. Ms. Sabina was always smiling, helpful and patient with our many questions, and made sure we had what we needed. The housekeeping team also worked hard to keep the room, washroom and common areas spotless and restock supplies. Alma had a charming, cozy atmosphere. I'd choose it again for a warm, welcoming stay in Tbilisi.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was the best I've slept in at a hotel. Street noise was noticeable, but it didn't bother me much. The location was perfect, and the girls at reception were amazing.

After a long flight, my husband got sick, and I was worried since he doesn't speak English. The staff were so kind and helpful, and even sent me a message in Japanese, which I really appreciated. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. I had accidentally booked twice, through Agoda and the official website, which caused some inconvenience before our stay, but they still treated us kindly. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful honeymoon.
