A safe, pleasant guest house with a very nice owner. It's handy for the justice house, supermarket, hotels, and Metro, and airport pickup and drop-off are available. Great for tourists. Much appreciated.

The hostess is wonderful and knowledgeable, and the apartment felt very cozy. I was in Tbilisi for business, and its location meant I could get things done without using public transport. I could also enjoy evening walks around the tourist spots.

We were very happy with our stay with Mzia, and I highly recommend her. She made sure we were comfortable and was such a welcoming woman. The large, high-ceilinged room felt cozy, like home. The kitchen had a gas stove, dishes, a kettle, and a washing machine, and everything worked. The bathroom has a combined shower, and the gas water heater worked perfectly.
