At 3 am, when I was in a difficult spot, the administrator replied and gave me a room. They were really kind. It’s affordable, and honestly everything was amazing for the price. I never write reviews, but this place was outstanding. I’d recommend it to anyone.

2/10
I felt unsafe and lost a whole day trying to deal with the situation. Rather than fix the problems, they threatened to evict me and made me leave. There was no 24/7 staff on site, which I consider essential for a 4-star hotel, and nobody helped with my luggage despite my accessibility needs. In the cold weather, the heating in the room had serious problems, the hot water was poor, and the bathroom flooded after I showered. This stay was completely unacceptable.
