The hosts really made this place for me. They’re warm, friendly, lovely people, and it’s their character and kindness that stand out. Location is handy too, close to the river, Public Service Hall, Liberty Square, cerrfure store, Casino, Night club, Old Town and Rustaveli Street. The air conditioning, beds and bedrooms are generally very good. The bathrooms and toilets aren’t, and there’s no refrigerator. For a three star hotel it’s among the best, maybe even comparable to four star places.

We had no hot water for two days, and breakfast was late. The room was cold because the AC wasn’t working, and the toilet was in poor shape. There’s no elevator, just 60 stairs in bad condition. There was no room service, and the person meant to handle our needs was irresponsible.
