Beaumonde Tbilisi Hotel

The bed was comfortable, but the room was very dated and the toilet was leaking. We stayed three nights in July 2025, and the AC in our booked room on the 5th floor didn't work. The receptionist offered a fan, but with +30C in July that wasn't enough. He couldn't find another room with working AC, either because it wasn't ready or because it had no AC controller. Only when we said we'd check out and wanted a full refund did he call the supervisor. They found a smaller room on the 6th floor with working AC, but by then it was already 8-9pm and we were tired, so we took it. The lovely woman making breakfast was a bright spot. She was super sweet, the breakfast was delicious, and she even packed lunchboxes for us because our flight was early AM.

The view from our room was stunning, and service was quick. Receptionist Luca was helpful, and the hostess was very hospitable. The food was amazing too. We had a short stay in Beaumonde, though the AC wasn't working and wasn't repaired until our last day, even though it was summer.

We were on a group tour around Georgia and couldn't wait for the dining room to open at 9am, so the staff made us small breakfast bags. They were keen to help. For rooms and service, it was about what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel.

The location is good and reception was friendly. Rooms are very spacious, with balconies and heaters, and the beds were comfy. It was quiet at night. The hotel sits a bit up the mountain, which made handling luggage difficult, and the breakfast choices were limited.
