I’m still waiting for the invoice the host promised to send. That was one more frustration after a disappointing stay, where communication felt cold before and during the visit and the host’s manner came across as impolite and unprofessional. The way they respond to other guests’ reviews, often rudely or dismissively, also says a lot about how they take feedback. I’m sharing this to help others choose with their eyes open. There are places where respectful treatment is standard.

The room felt cozy, with a soft white carpet that brightened it up, and the balcony had a lovely view at night. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay again.

We had to wait from 8 until 2 to check in. The older woman was polite and helpful, but the room itself had a broken bed, insects, and no knob on the bathtub. It was spacious, though the furniture and pillows were awful, and the service was bad.

The young blonde woman at reception was rude and made us feel unwelcome. I politely asked why VAT was being added to my booking during visa payment, but instead of explaining, she said to pay cash or pay extra by card. She kept saying, "This isn't your country," and told me to go to another hotel if I wanted. The service was very bad.
