Carousel Hotel

The staff were especially helpful, with Levan and Nila standing out. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and it’s close to the city center and lots of things to do. I’d recommend a visit 😍

The location is good, and the receptionists and Wi-Fi were great. The rooms, though, are tiny, smelled bad, and weren’t clean. We even found dirty underwear in the closet. There were lots of insects and mosquitoes, breakfast had very few choices, and there was no room service. I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel, more like two stars.

The location is the only thing I liked. Our three-night stay was a mess, with little to no cleaning, a dirty carpet, and stained chairs. The room smelled awful, almost as if it had been left empty for weeks, and I found a worm on the sheets. They were old and covered in lint, too. There was dust everywhere, including a thick layer on the bedside table. In the bathroom, the towels and floor were dirty, it smelled foul, and the bidet kept leaking. Breakfast was extremely poor, and the dining area smelled bad as well. I was surprised they charged for American coffee at a supposed four-star hotel. I didn’t feel safe about the cleanliness at all. This was an awful experience, and I would tell people to avoid staying here.

It felt like a scam. The bathroom was damaged, and they told me I’d have to force the door open each time, even though it wouldn’t close. Service was poor, nobody offered a proper fix, and they kept my prepayment. It really looked like a scam.
