The internet was very poor and unreliable, and I found someone else's hair under the pillow, so the room didn't seem to have been cleaned properly. There was only a bed, with no shelves, closet, table, or chairs. We had nowhere to put our things except on the floor, which wasn't acceptable for a hotel stay. The place felt unfinished and not ready for guests. I wouldn't recommend staying here in its current condition.

July 2023: The hotel is in Tbilisi Old Town, with several cozy restaurants nearby and many sights within walking distance. It's still opening and undergoing renovations, so the reception isn't staffed yet and there's no air conditioning. Everything else is brand new. The current price is absolutely fair.

We paid about 70 GEL per day and could walk to the clock tower and Freedom Square in two minutes. The rooms were very clean, too. There were quite a lot of flies, though, so we’d suggest bringing repellent.
