The rooms and sheets were clean, and we didn’t see any bugs. Breakfast was nice, and the room where it’s served was pleasant too. The pool is small but nice, right beside the sauna. The main issue was the shower. Its fixed head had a strong flow, and water splashed out through gaps in the shower door onto the toilet and floor. One of the two rooms I stayed in didn’t have a door or curtain to keep the water in, which made washing uncomfortable. Apart from that, it’s a pretty nice hotel.

We came with a baby and got a good, brand-new cot for free, just as requested. The rooms are great, and they cleaned every day. The food was good, though there weren’t many choices.

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re clean. They usually put three people in a room meant for two by adding an extra bed.

The view was beautiful, and our room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast had enough variety, and some of the staff were friendly. Still, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel after our stay. The wellness area wasn’t great: ventilation made the pool area extremely loud, parts of the pool seemed dirty, towels and a plastic bottle had been left in the sauna, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. It was usable, but not an ideal spa area. We tried to go to the sauna shortly after 6 p.m. one evening and found it out of service, with no warning beforehand. Reception said we had to tell them half an hour in advance because the sauna was broken and heating uncontrollably. I understand the issue, but nobody mentioned it at check-in, there was no sign or website notice, and no staff member was in the spa to explain. Another night, we got back around 2 a.m., went to bed, and talked for about 15 minutes. Then someone knocked repeatedly. The receptionist and another guest were outside, accusing us of making noise for two hours. We could disprove that, since the receptionist had seen us arrive just half an hour earlier. She seemed completely overwhelmed. Most of the staff seemed poorly trained, not very interested, and had limited English. Depending on what you expect, you might still have a pleasant stay, but we were very disappointed and are sure there are better choices in Tbilisi.
