Breakfast had plenty of variety and was different each day. The room was nice, though we were missing a duvet at first and the staff brought one up. Everyone was kind, and the location worked well for us. The entrance area wasn't great, but it didn't bother us. Good value for the price.

The reception team were consistently warm and helped us arrange taxis more than once, which made getting around much easier. We stayed four nights as a family, and the clean, comfortable rooms were in a great spot, about a two-minute walk from the metro. There are plenty of conveniences nearby, including a Halal restaurant next door. The building looks dated from outside, but inside it has been renovated and feels welcoming. A few room details could be better. The bathroom has glass walls, partly frosted, though you can still see in, which might bother some people. One room had a hairdryer and the other didn't. There was a wall-mounted TV with a satellite receiver, but not many channels, mostly Turkish ones. Breakfast runs from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and was basic but enough to get started. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it if convenience and helpful service matter to you, as long as the bathroom setup suits you. For rides, we found Maxim more flexible, while Bolt usually had more comfortable cars.

The staff were kind and did their best to help us, even though they didn't speak English. We also liked the neighborhood, with the metro and bus station at Marjanishvili Square nearby. Breakfast wasn't especially varied, but it was pretty good. Our room and bathroom were clean and airy, with an unusual view over the park behind the hotel. The shared area out front was a little messy, though. We didn't have slippers in the room, and you'd need them for the bathroom and shower. My friend and I had a really good stay overall.

It was quiet at any hour, and staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are available around the clock. The main street nearby has lots of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, and it's about a five-minute walk to the metro or Fabrika. Breakfast had enough choice and was good. The shower head was old and leaked, and since the toilet and shower are together, the whole floor gets wet when you bathe. I was there four nights and the room wasn't cleaned once. I hadn't specifically asked, so maybe in Georgia they don't clean unless you request it.
