The location is nice and the rooms are clean, but I ran into two issues. Each night, young children played basketball against the wall at the sports field and playground next door, and the noise carried into my room. There also wasn't enough water. Other than that, the hotel was clean.

The room stayed cool, and the air conditioning was enough to heat it. It could keep running even after I left, which was great in winter. Breakfast was good, and reception were kind and helpful. The location is within easy reach of sightseeing.

They changed the towels every day, and both the bed and bathroom were clean. Breakfast suited the length of my stay, and I appreciated getting a lunch box for my early checkout. I liked the hotel.

We enjoyed sitting in the building's courtyard at night. The hotel is right in the middle of the neighborhood, where being among local people made us feel safe, and there's a nearby bus stop with a direct route to the airport. Breakfast was good, though it could have been a little better. The cleaning staff did a great job, and since Tbilisi gets so hot in summer, they switched on the air conditioner after cleaning each time. It felt like heaven ๐ . I was completely happy with the staff and would consider staying here again if I return to Tbilisi.
