The guy was nice, but that barely makes up for the state of this place. It’s a joke. When I arrived, it took me 10 minutes to find anyone. In August there was just one working fan for the whole hostel, since the other one was broken, and a six-person room had only two electrical plugs. The toilet and shower doors wouldn’t close, hot water was available only about 25% of the time, and the shower walls were literally collapsing.
