We booked two rooms through bookings.com, but the receptionist denied the booking and kept blaming the site. We were travelling with an infant, yet she showed no compassion and continued shouting. It was a terrible experience.

We arrived expecting the two rooms we'd booked through booking.com, but the receptionist said an online booking glitch showed only one room and refused our booking. She was very arrogant. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

On the last day of our trip in Georgia, we had a really bad experience. We booked two rooms through booking.com, but when we arrived, they wouldn't give us two rooms and charged us the price of two for just one. The receptionist was very rude and kept yelling in her language. She later returned the money, but didn't cancel the booking on the website. [The same account was repeated in the original review.]
