Bella, the hostess, is hospitable and helpful, and the bed is very comfortable. The room was clean and seemed to have everything you need for a hotel stay. It was quite cold inside, which was a small downside. Walking up from the city isn't easy because of all the hills, but you can get there cheaply with the Bolt app. A good family-style hotel.

I had an issue with my room, but the staff apologized quickly, moved me to another room, and even offered a meal on the house. They're friendly and helpful. It's a decent budget place to sleep, a little outside the city but not too far. I found the breakfast basic for the price compared with other places in town, and would've liked more Georgian food. It was an okay stay, and I'd recommend it if you mainly need somewhere to sleep.

The owners are honest, kind people who'll help however they can. The person who helped us spoke all the languages we needed, so communication was easy. We felt lucky to spend three days here and would stay again on a return to Tbilisi. The room was clean and beautiful, the location is great, near Avlabari metro and Holy trinity church, and there was a delicious breakfast every morning. Just wow, Hotel garden is one of the best places to stay in Tbilisi.
