The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the balcony had an amazing view. The location is nice, close to all the must-visit places.

We booked for 13-14 Aug 2025, and this was the worst room I’ve ever seen. It was dusty and dirty, and the bed was wet, dirty, and full of holes. My seven-year-old daughter cried when she saw it. We had to leave at 21:20 and spent our last night in Tbilisi at the airport instead. A low price doesn’t mean a dirty room. Please respect your guests.

This so-called hotel was absurdly dirty and damp, smelled strongly of sewage, and had completely irresponsible management. They showed no regard for travelers. Avoid it and don’t waste your money.

Getting into the hotel with the key was a struggle, and the staff couldn't even be bothered to explain how it worked. We had no hot water, musty-smelling sheets, awful Wi-Fi, and a double room that was just two single beds. The bathroom ceiling was another problem (see photo). I can't understand how this place is legally open. The worst hotel in Tbilisi, maybe anywhere. Avoid it completely.
