The hotel is close to the famous sulphur baths, so it was easy to take in Tbilisi's history and traditions. Zura and the warm, helpful staff made our stay so wonderful, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The terrace should be a real highlight soon, with its panoramic city views. Our room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the atmosphere was welcoming. hotel Nikala feels cozy but elegant, and we'd gladly return. Highly recommended for a stay in the heart of Georgia's capital.

The kitchen had all the equipment I needed, and everything was clean. I arrived before check-in, but the staff got my room ready as soon as I came. The host was reliable and everyone was helpful. Thanks so much, I highly recommend this place.

I never got to stay, so I can't comment on the hotel's condition. I'd booked through Booking.com and had the confirmation documents, but there was a major issue when I arrived: they said I had to reply to a message I'd received and confirm the booking again. I've never had to do that at any other hotel I've stayed in. I was lucky to find a much nicer place, though I might not have found one. Anyone planning to go should keep that detail in mind.
