The staff are warm and sociable, always willing to help. You can get breakfast for 30 GEL or ask them to prepare lunch boxes. The rooms are comfortable and fully equipped, and from the roof terrace you can see Tbilisi in every direction. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the center and the sights.

The mattresses are very comfortable, and the terrace has an amazing view. There’s also a quiet, relaxing backyard. A great place to stay if you want to unwind after a tiring day.

The hosts made the stay especially good. They were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, and the wine we tried there was incredible, much better than store-bought. We booked two rooms with friends for a couple of days, and it was our best hotel experience in Georgia. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and breakfast was good. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the center. From the guest-accessible roof you get a great view of the Tbilisi skyline and a church, and there’s a patio that’s lovely for spending time in the evening. We had no complaints and couldn’t recommend it more.

The rooftop terrace is large and has a beautiful view. Our room was spacious and clean, though we’d been upgraded, so the other rooms may be smaller. Everything looked very new. Breakfast was just coffee and tea, with no cold drinks, not even water. When I asked for water, I was told I could buy it at reception, which felt ridiculous. The pool was already closed in early October, even though the weather was hot and sunny. There was also no wardrobe in the room, just a clothes rack.

The terrace has great views, and you can have tea anytime in the cozy garden. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amazing!
