Hotel Plaza

The location made it easy to reach the places we wanted to visit, with the metro and lots of bus stops nearby. Staff were so helpful and friendly, and chatting with them was a pleasure. Our room was clean, had WiFi, and there was hot water around the clock. Breakfast was enough for us.

I wasn’t a guest at Hotel Piazza, but I was staying in the apartment building next door and wanted to thank the two male receptionists. They kindly helped me find the building, arranged a cab for me, and gave me directions when the roads were hard to access. I really appreciated their help.

We were booked for three nights, but the room’s mouldy, damp smell was so strong that we lasted only about four hours. We arrived at night and barely got through the morning. I must have coughed around fifty times.

Everything felt small, from the rooms and bathroom to the dining area. Still, I have no complaints because the reception and all the staff gave exceptional service.
