Hotel Rustaveli36

I stayed in January and found the room clean and warm. The location is the best in the city.

What a horrible experience. The place was filthy and nothing like the pictures, and the room was broken down, abandoned-looking, and full of spiders. They didn't provide towels or toilet paper, and the breakfast is hard to describe, so I'll attach a photo. The people living there were incredibly loud, yelling and playing reels at full volume. I could hear every movement and word from the neighboring rooms. It was unprofessional, and I've never had an experience like this in my life. It feels like a scam.

The room smelled awful, and the bedding had cigarette burns on the blanket and pillow covers. It was unhygienic, and the furniture was in terrible shape, with much of it broken or falling apart. The mattress had no foam left and felt like bare springs. I booked a double room but was given a twin instead, with no explanation or apology. My stay at Hotel Rustaveli 36 was horrible. Avoid it for your comfort and safety.

Getting in means climbing about 80 stairs. The whole place smelled bad, the rooms were dirty, and they looked nothing like the photos. Worst place I've ever stayed.
