Carrefour is nearby and the hotel is centrally located. The rooms were clean and well-kept, but service was a real problem. In the cold weather, there was no hot water in our room. None of the usual phone numbers worked, so we had to go downstairs to report it. They promised to fix it in five minutes, but an hour later nothing had changed. We went to reception again and were told it would take longer. There weren't even glasses to drink hot water from, so we had to go downstairs once more. Breakfast was cold and had very few choices. The location and cleanliness were positives, but the lack of response and poor service made the stay frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it unless these problems improve.

It's a new hotel, well-maintained and very clean, and the quality is impressive for the price. The staff were responsive when we had questions or concerns, and there are English-speaking staff. Bathrooms have bidets, and they provide a nice, good-quality shower gel with a pleasant scent. There's parking under the hotel, so guests don't need to look elsewhere for a spot.

We had a great stay, and check-in and checkout both went smoothly. They also arranged the extra bed we asked for since we had our child with us. The staff were really nice and friendly, and breakfast was good. Carrefour is within walking distance. There's a small park and a bakery about 15 minutes away. Walking there every day with the smell of fresh bread was heaven.

Garden Boutique Hotel is a comfortable, straightforward place for a three-star stay in Tbilisi. It's relatively new, with a nice feel, and the rooms have the basics, including a mini fridge, kettle and bidet. The staff were especially polite and ready to help, and the hotel is suitable for families. Having a supermarket nearby is handy too. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy. The hotel is a bit away from the city center, but the metro is close, so getting around is easy. If you take a taxi through an app, the ride to the center costs less than 6 Lari. A solid choice for a comfortable stay.

I booked a room with two single beds but was given one with a double bed instead. The room was so tiny that two singles wouldn't have fit anyway. The lights didn't work and there were no towels. I had to shower in the extremely small bathroom, which had no bath, by flashlight, then dry off in the air with the window open. The staff were nice enough, but they didn't speak English. What can I say? Apparently this isn't unusual in Georgia.
