Hotel Tbilisi Tower

We booked a non-smoking room, but there was a strong cigarette smell as soon as we walked in. Housekeeping sprayed a powerful chemical to cover it, which made things worse. The air became unbearable, and within minutes we were coughing and getting headaches. It was hard to breathe, and we couldn’t stay in the room because the smell and fumes made us feel sick. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either, and the air conditioner wasn’t cooling even though it was on. The explanation we got after reporting it didn’t fix anything. We checked out soon after arriving. The room wasn’t livable or comfortable, and certainly wasn’t what we paid for. Extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I spent three days here as a tourist. The rooms were decent, the swimming pool was nice, breakfast was appealing, and the hotel is close to the highway. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming, which felt a bit odd. They weren’t very comfortable speaking English, so communication was difficult. The lift was a complete mess and cost us extra time. We had a guide with us, which helped get past the language barriers.

We had a wonderful stay at Tower Tbilisi Hotel. Nino at reception was especially kind and professional, made us feel welcome, and helped with everything we needed. The hotel was excellent, and the reception team were very kind.

Nino at reception made our stay feel special with her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We had a wonderful time at Tower Tbilisi Hotel.
