Tbilisi Philharmonic By Mercure Hotel

Achi Arigatou gozaimasu. We especially enjoyed talking with Achi about Japan. As guests from there, it was a lovely surprise to meet someone who understood Japanese culture and shared such relevant, thoughtful information. It made us feel welcome and appreciated. A few things went wrong during our stay, but Achi, the staff supervisor, dealt with them calmly and efficiently, and each was sorted out quickly. Achi was kind, attentive, and professional throughout, which made the visit comfortable and stress-free.

The room upgrade was such a thoughtful surprise, and the care from Nika at reception and Tamar from room service made it feel personal. As an Accor Diamond member, I really appreciate having my loyalty recognized. David from desk deserves thanks too. I enjoyed the comfortable room, the atmosphere, and the quality of the service at Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional. It made for a memorable stay, and I'd gladly come back and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Getting around the city was easy from this convenient location, close to the main attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our trip to Georgia. Achi especially stood out for being welcoming and attentive, and made the visit even more enjoyable. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

Our room was a real highlight: Room 403 was spacious, lovely, and comfortable, and the lobby and interiors had a warm, elegant feel. Breakfast had a decent range, too. Mr. Achi was approachable and attentive throughout, always ready to answer questions and check that things were in order. His genuine hospitality helped make our last night in Tbilisi memorable. We stayed one night at Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel, checking in on the afternoon of 31st December 2025 and leaving on the evening of 1st January 2026 for a late flight. The central location made it easy to walk to Georgian and Indian restaurants, and we could enjoy the New Year celebrations, fireworks, and lively crowds nearby. We even wandered a few kilometres through the festive area. Everyone at the hotel was polite and professional. A kind lady with beautiful curly hair handled our early arrival. I can't remember her name, but she kept our luggage safe while we went to lunch, then made check-in smooth once the room was ready. We left with happy memories.
