We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel ZP. The staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was clean, and the bathroom had plenty of space. Breakfast was good, though a better selection would improve it. The hotel is in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance of the city centre and sulfur baths. I’d recommend it to others.

It’s in a good location, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for families. There’s no room service, and the hotel didn’t provide water, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. We had to climb four floors with our two-year-old because there’s no lift. Breakfast is extremely basic, so don’t expect much. You may find better hotels for the same price or just a little more.

I stayed in a comfortable, well-kept double room at Hotel ZP from April 21 to April 24, 2025, and it was a relaxing place to come back to. The staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help with requests, and the service was very good. Breakfast had a nice range of fresh, tasty choices for different preferences. With the comfortable room, enjoyable amenities, and good service, I’d give the stay five stars and highly recommend Hotel ZP to anyone visiting Georgia for a pleasant, comfortable place to stay.

We had a nice stay at ZP Hotel in Tbilisi’s old town. It was quiet, though there’s no elevator. My only suggestion is to add more variety to the daily breakfast. I enjoyed the stay overall.

The location is amazing, and check-in and checkout were easy. Nearby hotels and houses are beautifully designed and lovely to experience. The service was good, though breakfast had no variety and could offer more choices. If you want to take in the capital and don’t mind walking up steep slopes to find nice views, this is a good spot.
