Hugo Boutique Hotel

The view from the balcony and terrace is incredible, and the location makes getting around Tbilisi really easy. Our room was clean and more than satisfactory. The woman working here was wonderfully hospitable and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. When I mentioned how much I loved the pancakes, she made them again the next day. I can't fault the place and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Legend hotel!

Hotel Legend Tbilisi felt like home, and we can't wait to return. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable, and had what we needed to relax. Gocha, the owner, was so friendly and helpful, sharing great tips on nearby places to visit that helped us make the most of Tbilisi. The hotel is a safe, clean place with a spectacular view, within walking distance of the city center and surrounded by lovely restaurants. Each morning, Tamniko made authentic Georgian breakfasts with a cheerful smile and a lovely range of homemade dishes. Her kindness and care made us feel like family. The receptionist was friendly and helpful throughout, and the hotel itself and its location weren't bad at all. The rooms were spacious, with a large bathroom. Still, poor cleanliness ruined our stay. Our room hadn't been prepared when we arrived, and there was no housekeeping while we were there. We had to switch rooms on arrival, but that didn't improve things much. It seemed like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We were the only guests, and the place felt neglected.

Breakfast was a real treat, with a good variety including homemade jam, Georgian lavashi bread, and suguni cheese. Tanriko, a kind woman, made a particularly delicious omelet. Our room had a luxurious bed, a roomy bathroom, and a lovely terrace with a table and two chairs, and the Wi-Fi stayed fast and reliable. When we arrived, the owner, Gocha, warmly welcomed us, took us upstairs, and showed us our room. We're very grateful for the excellent service and hospitality that made the stay so memorable.
