The buildings are relatively close together, so in some apartments the windows face other apartments. That's not great, though you can check this for each individual apartment. I was renting here, so I don't know what the price is, and I don't own a car, but I imagine parking might be less pleasant. In November, the plants growing around the complex make it look especially good. There are shops, pharmacies, small cafés where you can grab something tasty to go, and places nearby for food, massages, coworking, and dental services. It's accessible by metro and buses.

The lease can be extended by six months if you don't accept the price increase. Some real estate agents and community owners, listed in Books, seem to raise second-hand home prices by 20% every quarter. At the same price, Vake may be a better choice because it has more potential for development.

Residents have really made this neighborhood feel like a community, which I didn’t see happen in similar projects I experienced in Sweden or Canada. It’s a progressive example of how good urban design can improve quality of life.
