The room was clean, spacious, and good. The staff, though, were rude.

We booked this place because it was advertised as having free parking. The hotel told us to leave the car on the street, and we got fined within two hours. When we raised it, they were angry and unhelpful and refused to take responsibility.

The Wi-Fi was awful, and it felt strange when the receptionist took photos of our plates after we’d finished eating. Breakfast was very limited: two slices of bread, one egg, and a cube of butter each, with no option to ask for more. She served it onto your plate and seemed to put leftovers back with the fresh food for the next day. The woman at reception was so rude that the place felt like a convent hostel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Paradise Hotel is about 10 km from Tbilisi Airport, with markets and restaurants nearby and East Point Mall around 2 km away. I had a good room to myself, and there was hot water in the bathroom even during winter. The owners and their family were nice to talk with. If you’re hoping to go somewhere snowy, though, that area is a long way from here, so you may want to stay closer to it.

We picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, since we only needed somewhere for a few nighttime hours before our flight the next day. It was quiet, and there’s a big supermarket nearby for late-night food. The woman at reception was really friendly and even arranged an early breakfast for us when we asked. For what you pay, I think it’s a good deal.
