The room was dusty, and there were stains on the bedding when I arrived. I contacted the host about getting it cleaned, but got no response or offer to fix the problem. A terrible stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We spent four nights here. It’s a decent budget hotel, and check-in was easy with no contact. The room was clean and had a TV with YouTube, air conditioning, a fridge, kettle, dishes, and shower gel. There’s no microwave. It’s on the fourth floor, and the soundproofing is poor. You can hear people in the hallway clearly, along with loud conversations or noise from the other rooms.

The price was very reasonable, and I was happy with my stay. There’s a washing machine and an iron in the shared hallway, and I think there may also be a dryer. Across the street from the entrance is a liquor store, only about five meters away. In the same building on Rustaveli Avenue, there’s a SPAR, plus a souvenir shop and two currency exchange offices. Breakfast isn’t included, which can be convenient, but you can order it for 20 lari. I didn’t try it and used my own money for food instead. Check-in was simple. I called the hotel the day before to confirm my booking, and they sent instructions for checking in by myself. I didn’t have to deal with anyone when I arrived, which suited me perfectly. The room had air conditioning, a fridge, hairdryer, TV (which I didn’t use), a half-liter electric kettle, lots of dishes and cutlery, tea bags, coffee, sugar, and a corkscrew. You are in Georgia, after all. Bring bath shoes, plastic slippers or rubber flip-flops, since cardboard ones aren’t suitable. There’s hot water, though it takes 15-20 seconds to start running.

The rooms are tidy and I had no complaints about them, but the walls seem paper thin. You can hear everything from next door, even something as small as someone scratching their head.
