The breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety, and the room was spotless. I booked a king room meant for two, though I was travelling alone. It felt a little small for two people but was comfortable for me. Hotel Livin gave me better room and service than I expected at that price. I had a fantastic stay.

The food, especially breakfast, was delicious, and the restaurant quality was great. I spent seven days at Tbilisi Hotel Livin and was very pleased with the stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful the whole time. Hospitality was amazing, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The view is unbelievable, and everyone was super helpful. My family and I spent a week here and loved the rooms, the staff, and the breakfast, which was delicious and had lots of choices every day. It felt like home. I highly recommend it! ๐ซถ๐ป

The location is about 10 minutes from the center, away from the busiest tourist areas, which we actually liked. We stayed two nights, and our courtyard-facing balcony was quiet, so we slept well. The room was clean, smelled nice, and looked great. Breakfast was delicious and changed a little between the two mornings. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it if you're after somewhere nice and quiet in Tbilisi.
