The bus stop is right in front of Coffeesta, about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, and bus 37 from there goes to the airport. The guest house is tucked behind the building. If you can't find the way from the front, walk left for a minute to the large gate at the back, then turn right into the lovely plant-filled area. The owners speak fluent German and Russian, plus a little English. For the amenities provided, I found the price very cheap. A hundred stars still wouldn't be enough for this lovely guest house and its owner.

We spent New Year 2020 here, and the warm, cozy atmosphere and perfect location made it a great stay. Maya's sincere hospitality really impressed us. After three days in Tbilisi, we unexpectedly went to Telavi and stayed at her guesthouse there. It felt very authentic. Maya recommended beautiful sights around Kakheti and places where we ate delicious Georgian food. We'd visited Georgia before, but now, whenever we go to Tbilisi or Kakheti, we'll stay with Maya. ๐
