The breakfast they served was delicious, and the owner was ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel rooms are clean, nicely finished, and surprisingly well equipped, with good views and comfortable beds. They even had bathrobes and single-use toothbrushes waiting for us. It’s a nice hotel/guesthouse run by amazing, hardworking staff. Don’t let the unfinished look when you first enter the building put you off.

From the outside, the building gave me a bit of a meh first impression, but the room was a completely different story. I stayed four nights and really enjoyed the balcony view, both early in the morning and at night. The weather was perfect for early autumn, not too chilly, and the bathtub was big enough. The hotel is on a hilly part of the main street in Vera, within walking distance of Rustaveli metro. The area isn’t crowded or touristy. The staff were great and helpful. Thanks to Lado, Anna, and everyone, my Tbilisi trip was perfect. Highly recommended.

The aparthotel itself is top-notch, though finding reception can be tricky. A little tip: take the elevator up to the 5th floor and come back down, it’s easier than going up to the 4th floor.
