The room was comfortable for a few nights, and the service was great. It’s an easy place to get around Tbilisi from, and everything felt clean and modern. Breakfast had a good range of choices. The room got a little warm since the AC only runs in summer, but leaving the window cracked helped most of the time. I’d book here again.

The food was a real highlight, especially the Georgian cooking from chef Victoria, and I enjoyed the breakfast spread too. Nino and Maria deserve a mention for helping make the stay memorable. Everyone on staff was friendly and went out of their way to help, which made our time in Tbilisi easy. The hotel sits by the Old Town, near the metro and plenty of cafes and shops. It felt like a home base, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The location worked really well, near the sights and the cable car stop, but for the price the overall quality didn’t offer better value than other places in central Tbilisi. We were three family members staying two nights. The room was compact yet comfortable; the bathroom, though, was dated and poorly kept, and water leaked out of the shower cabin. Reception was friendly, while the restaurant team seemed inattentive. Breakfast was a letdown too, with stale pastries, cheese and cut fruit.

It was easy to explore Tbilisi on foot from this central spot. Our room stayed warm and cozy in winter, and the hotel was clean. They also replenished the water and did housekeeping each day.

The room was cozy and clean, but we missed having a wardrobe, and it was quite cold. The water in the shower wasn’t warm enough either. Our guide said the owners were saving on heating. We asked the staff to sort it out for two days, and only on day three did they finally do something, after which the shower was warm and comfortable. For a relatively low price, the location is good. Breakfast was poor, though we felt it was acceptable for what we paid.
