The front desk staff were all kind, friendly, and helpful, and the lobby had a welcoming boutique feel. The location was a real highlight, with a supermarket within walking distance and many major sights about a 15-minute walk away. It was easy and enjoyable to explore without transport. The walls between rooms were a little thin, so noise from neighbors came through, but there were no other major problems and the stay was very comfortable. I'd recommend it for the location, atmosphere, and warm hospitality.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with a distinctive design. We had a wonderful stay, and the breakfast and service were good. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping both our room and toilet clean. The Old Town location is really convenient, just a one-minute walk from the clock tower, with lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and the Galleria and Merani shopping malls nearby. We were lucky to shop yesterday during the Black Friday specials, when many shops had discounts. I'll stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you!

The location was great, and I liked the hotel enough to stay twice and plan to come back. I arranged an airport transfer through them and got David and Kakha as drivers and tour guides. They were so good that I booked a day trip with them to the snowy mountains of Gudari. Kakha was an amazing guide. David drove, and Kakha also took beautiful photos of me, my friends, and the views. 1000 stars for the hotel and the service!

The family room worked really well for us and our two kids, and I loved its little balcony. Breakfast was decent, and the service, food, and cleanliness were all top notch. The staff at reception were always happy to help and made us feel welcome, especially Gvansta and Salome, who were so friendly and helpful. The location is the best part: step outside and the Old Town walking tour starts just a few steps away at the clock tower, with the other attractions close enough to reach on foot. This was our first hotel after arriving in Tbilisi, and I highly recommend it.

Nukri upgraded our room for free and gave us great recommendations, which made this stay feel special even though I’ve been to Tbilisi before. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is close to the center, museums, and major attractions, all within walking distance. Thanks to the hotel and the effort everyone put into making the experience memorable.
