The staff were very friendly and hospitable, and the environment was calm, but I had several serious problems during my stay. The room was extremely small, with no proper space for a suitcase, and the bathroom was tiny. The shower was broken, there was no trash bin in the room, and there was only one power outlet, so I couldn’t use it for both the kettle and refrigerator. A chair blocked the refrigerator door from opening properly. Cooking smells spread through the rooms and lingered for hours. I don’t understand the 4-star rating. At best, this feels like a basic guesthouse, and I don’t recommend staying here.

The room was clean and had a beautiful balcony. The staff were welcoming and polite during my three-night stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the area was quiet despite the central location. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Alexandra and Nina.

Everything was within walking distance and nearby. We had a good two-night stay with family. The building is old, but the rooms were clean, and the reception ladies were polite, helpful, and good.

We extended our stay without even looking for another place because this felt as home-like as anywhere could. We danced and sang with the team, and after only a few days I felt like I’d known each of them for years. They treated us like family, always with a smile and such grace. Their kindness and generosity are hard to put into words. Out of the three hotels we stayed in, this was easily the best. Sending hugs to Nino, Vika, Alexandra, Angelica, Iya, and Nina. You’re the best, and we’ll definitely be back!
