New Tiflis Hotel

We had a group booking and stayed from 25th to 27th Oct, then again on 31st Oct 2025. The central location was good, and breakfast was decent, but the two women serving breakfast were rude, unfriendly, and arrogant. They need etiquette training. I'd call it a decent 3 star hotel, not the 4 star it claims to be. Both rooms had problems. #301 was too compact, had no luggage rack, and the health faucet was hidden under the washbasin. In #305, the wc was uncomfortably close to the washbasin and the mirror didn't work. It was a fair stay overall. Management should check that all guest rooms work properly and train the restaurant staff.

The location was really convenient, with everything I needed within reach. I also had a lovely view from the windows. My room at New Tiflis Hotel was clean, spacious, stylish, and comfortable, and room service was great. The staff were really friendly. Special thanks to the Sales Manager Mr Nika for being so accommodating with my questions.

The location is good, but I won't stay here again. I booked four nights and hardly slept well because the hotel kept the A/C locked. I had to call whenever I wanted it opened, closed, or adjusted. I'd ask them to turn it on when I went to sleep, then they'd shut it off at 6 am and I'd have to call again. I've never seen a hotel lock the A/C like that.

From the start, it was the worst experience. Management sent a misleading email from a different booking ID saying my reservation had been cancelled, so I had to book somewhere else. Two days later they said it was confirmed after all. I sent multiple requests and emails, but they didn't refund a single penny. Really disheartening. I'd give this hotel a 0/10 recommendation.
