Ali helped us move rooms and was kind and helpful. I'm giving four stars for the hospitality and help he gave us. The economy queen room was awful: it hadn't been cleaned properly, there was hair in the shower, and the shower walls had black mold. The sewer smell was so bad that we couldn't even stay in the bathroom to brush our teeth. Another man came after Ali, but never introduced himself, so we don't know his name. When we asked to change rooms, he was rude and cocky, making a shooing gesture that seemed to mean “get out, go upstairs.” We booked expecting friendly staff and a good breakfast, but breakfast was disappointing and not enough. The price is good, but without Ali we would have left on the first day. If you're considering an economy room here, don't.

The room was clean and we liked the location. The manager was very helpful and offered advice. Since we were staying there on my birthday, the manager also sent us sparkling wine.

The breakfast was nice, and the location was very good. The woman serving breakfast was the only staff member who was nice; the rest never smiled or acted friendly. The bed was very hard, and I won't stay here again.

The rooms had dust and hair left in them, the towels were stained, and the shower was covered in green and black mold. There was a rotten, damp smell, and it looked like they don't change the bedsheets. This place is disgusting. Don't trust the fake positive reviews. Spend another $10 and stay somewhere else.
