Everything worked out well for my short trip. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and soundproof, and you can walk to everything nearby. Mr Nick and his whole team were helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Tucked away from the noise but still close to all the good things Tbilisi has to offer, this former Royal Residence is a place I’d highly recommend. Don’t miss it.

Right in the city center, and there’s parking in the courtyard. The host was excellent, and the service was great. The room was nice and had a kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. Excellent hotel, highly recommended!

The small kitchen came in handy, and the hosts were kind. They were flexible about check-in and checkout, and even arranged an airport taxi. Old Tbilisi Apart-Hotel was clean and cozy, right near the main attractions. The beds could be more comfortable, but I’d still happily stay again.

I arrived at 5:45 PM after a late bus, which I’d told them about ahead of time. The building entrance was locked, and nobody came when I knocked. I messaged through the booking site and got no reply. A local tried calling their Georgian WhatsApp, but the calls were cancelled three times. My messages were ignored, even though their welcome email said they had a 24/7 reception. I was left stranded. Before that, I’d contacted the English WhatsApp number they included in the welcome email with my arrival details. The person there said they didn’t work there anymore and had no contact information for the hotel. I then messaged on the booking site, and they replied, so I thought it was all fine. I saw a review from the previous week describing something similar. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book this “hotel.” It would be a zero-star review if that were an option.
