The location is good, but the hotel and reception were really bad. There was nobody at reception to help me, and no one to ask about cleaning. People staying there were very loud. At 8 in the morning, some commercial work started, with drilling and all. I was alone in a second-floor room and struggled to carry my bags downstairs because nobody came to help. The worst place.

Rooms were very clean and neat, and the staff were friendly. It’s an economical hotel near Freedom Square, with good restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The only downside is that the toilets are a little small.

The owner was very friendly and helped me with my luggage and lots of other things, thank you so much. I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean and nice, with fast internet and plenty of TV channels, especially Russian ones. The hotel is in a very good location, with many restaurants and cafes nearby, and about a five-minute walk to the metro.

We stayed three days, and the staff were good and helped us with our trips to the main places in Georgia. The location made it easy to reach everything, including the zoo, mall, metro, halal food, Indian restaurants, and Turkish restaurants right on this street.
