Hotel Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel

Otoo made us feel so welcome and shared loads of useful information about the local area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were amazing, and our room was perfect. The pool overlooking the city was a really nice amenity to use. Otoo also told us about the Asian fusion restaurant, which we can't recommend enough. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

We spent one night here at the start of our trip to Georgia and another at the end, and had a wonderful experience both times. On the first visit, Oto checked us in and gave us lots of helpful information about the hotel and area. Our room on the 15th floor had a lovely view over the river and city, and the breakfast was 10/10. The pool area was lovely and clean, and the sauna was really nice. For our final night, Andria, Dimi and Trote checked us in. That room looked over the other side of the city and was very nice too. We'd 100% stay here again.

I really liked the view from our room, which I paid extra for, and we enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the complimentary Bakuriani mineral water that's well known in Georgia. Leaving a piece of cake for my mom's birthday was a nice gesture. They also left a bottle of champagne or wine, but my mom is Muslim and doesn't drink. I booked directly through the hotel's website for two people to celebrate my mom's birthday, but the complimentary slippers, towels, and robes were set out for only one. When I asked the front desk for the second person's items, they asked me to confirm that I wanted them, which felt odd. Were we meant to share? We ran out of hand soap and hair conditioner on the first day. I didn't have time to ask for the dispensers to be refilled, and they never refilled them, so we used the shower body wash instead. They changed the towels but didn't replace the robes or slippers with fresh ones. Maybe that isn't a huge deal, but this is a world-class hotel. They could charge a little less for the later days if they're saving money that way. They charged my credit card days before arrival without warning. I had entered the card details for pre-authorization and planned to pay another way after checking in, so the charge seemed rude. I booked directly with the hotel.

Our stay at Radisson Blu was amazing, and everything went perfectly from beginning to end. Eka and Dimi were especially kind, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it.
