The construction outside made getting around awkward, especially by taxi. There was a lot of mud, and taxis wouldn't come right up to the hotel. That was the one thing we disliked, though it wasn't the hotel's doing. Inside, we had a really good stay at Rivendell Boutique Tbilisi. Our room was clean, the reception staff were kind and helpful, and Anna went out of her way to help us without being asked. Breakfast could use more variety, but the woman cooking and serving it was so kind, always smiling, and kept everything very clean. Otherwise, everything was good.

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. It’s in a quiet spot, and you can park right by the entrance.

We booked through the Booking app, and the service was amazing. Anything we asked for was available, and the hotel even helped with our laundry despite not having laundry facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything, and the room was spacious for a couple. Breakfast had a good range of dishes. Don’t miss the lemon water at the buffet, it’s some of the best I’ve had. Room service was great too. They’d even check in and remind you if you forgot to ask for it.

The heater didn't work in the cold, and staff neither fixed it nor offered another solution. Breakfast was squeezed into an absurd 15-minute window, and guests weren't allowed to sit in the common areas. The staff were rude and unhelpful, with no sense of hospitality, and the rules felt completely unreasonable. My stay was extremely disappointing. I'd strongly advise avoiding this hotel unless you want your trip spoiled. There are plenty of better places where guests are treated with respect.
